Could someone please help me find a supplier for gf biscuits or cookies
that can be used in place of arrowroot cookies for a nice pan of squares?
By the way, arrowroot cookies are not gf?  They serve them here in the
senior residence and say they are gf. I argue and say no, read the package,
they are made with enriched wheat flour.

I live in Ontario, and it would be nice to find a rather local supplier for
more gf products.
