Hi:

re: canola oil/molasses

I read, at some point, that these two items were not okay for celiacs but now
that I am becoming more educated (and vigilant), I see that they are on the
list of acceptable foods.  Do these items sometimes pose sensitivities?  I
just had a bad reaction to a "gluten free" product and molasses was the only
thing in the ingredients that I don't usually eat.
