I plan to call Fantastic Foods and applaud them for their sensitivity to
gluten and their labeling of products as gluten free. There is no gluten in
their ingredients, and the chance of cross contamination seems to be very,
very low.

In a world where celiacs struggle against so many prepared foods companies
that use the ingredients which minimize their costs, Fastastic Foods is one
of the good guys! Please let's not hassle them, or pretty soon no one will
be willing to state their products are gf.

How can a company really GUARANTEE this anyhow? Unless they make all of
their spices and other ingredients plus their packaging materials in-house,
possible contamination could have occurred before they arrived at thier
plant.
