In the recent discussion of optimum hookup for system with CD-RW and
CD-ROM Billiodeaux, Blackman, Dominguez, Glazer, Graf, Heston, Innes, and
Trachenberg gave their views. Most, four, opted for CD-RW as second
master, with CD-ROM slave to CD-RW. Two opted for CD-ROM as second
master, with CD-RW as slave to CD-ROM. Billiodeaux opted for CD-RW as
second master, with CD-ROM slave to hard drive. Innes' opinion depended
on whether CD-RW was used for backup or to copy CDs. While CD-RW
manufacturers' instructions may be controlling, I thought the list might
be interested in this tabulation of list opinion.
