I am not sure- but it seems that we ate *more* fiber before (?) Like for
breakfast, oatmeal and eggs- now, eggs with vegatables on top (but not a
ton). For lunch, instead of egg salad on two pieces of whole wheat bread,
now egg salad on romaine lettuce, or in a green pepper with carrots.
Dinner, salmon, salad, and artichokes- before, we might have had brown rice-
or whole wheat bread or noodles instead of the artichokes and less fish.
Fruit throughout the day, the same.

oh but wait... WAY more NUTS and SEEDS, as in we never ate those before at
all.

Another possibility is a sort of

This would be good!

That is what I sort of expected (not that I was thinking about it much!) And
is why I asked the question.

Very good advice, thank you. Yes, after my "bad experience" I wrote about
earlier, I have been trying to *really* listen to what my body is telling
me- and eat eat!
