I'm upgrading my computer to DVD. I have a Hot Rod 66 card installed into a
ABit BX6 motherboard, 450Mhz Intel processor, and an ATI Radeon All in
Wonder video card. The DVD will not play movies. Window 98 tells me has a
transfer rate of 1492 kb/s. I get the picture breaking up.  Is my computer
fast enough or is it installed wrong.
