I am not sure what Intel PDS services are; however, it may be a component to
LANdesk.
Back to your question concerning Norton's Corporate Edition not finding the
server group: I found a user's web site that seems to deal with issues
relative to your situation. In the interest of our ListServ, I will submit

Be sure to update us if you come up with a fix because this software is
unbelievable in its ability to update def's and engine without a reboot all
the time without using the HUGE cpu bandwidth that an antivirus normally
requires.
