I am running windows 98 SE and do have 2 H/D and on my 1st H/D, have OS, the problem is when ever I started the computer the blue screen comes up with error message "An exception 0E has occurred at 0028:C0070021 in VXD VNETBIOS (01)+ 00000505 it may be not possible to continue normally". So I could restart the machine then it goes to Safe mode where without changing any configuration and  restart the machine to bring it up for normal mode.

So, I decided to eliminate one by one using whether is H/D or Software problem and running the SFC (System File Checker) and reboot and there is no improvement with the frustration I have decided to format the H/D, reinstall the OS, but there is no improvement at all.

Is there any hope I could repaired my H/D, any suggestion or support would be appre
ciate.
