What brand of motherboard do you have???
What model number is your motherboard??
and when you first start what type of BIOS do you have??
IS it an AWARD, Phoenix etc.
record this information and get back to me on

and i will help you flash your motherboard
I have the same AGP card and have NO problems at all
actually this is the one that saved me, my Voodoo Banshee
refused to work under win98 yet worked under win95osr2
STRANGE, so im using the good old riva tnt vanta
