Do they really make this claim of "only way of genuine organic"??? They've
got to be kidding.
Crystalized honey is nothing but liquid honey that has been refrigerated.
Stick a jar--any jar, no matter raw or commercial--in the fridge. Keep a
watch over several days and you'll start seeing it crystalize little by
little. Leave it there long enough and you'll see it turn into a nearly
solid, hard mass.
To liquefy crystalized honey, loosen the lid a bit and place the jar in a
pan of warm water. Room temp is not sufficient to uncrystalize honey.
Crystalized is the way your product is marketed. You can use it as you
would liquid honey, except that I would think the measurement might be off
if you were to use it for cooking. Crystalized honey in a jar looks like it
has greater volume than when in its liquid state.
