Hi Richard,
My experience for years when I just jogged for long periods of time at a
slow-med. pace was that ketosis didn't effect my workouts. The problem is,
as a result of all that jogging and not enough high-intensity workouts, I am
a relatively small but VERY flabby, cellulitic woman ie I look ok in clothes
(size 6, which is smaller than average) but unfortunately, naked or in a
swimming suit is an entirely different story!
