I can't address the science of it, but I will say that since I'm eating no
processed foods (except the once-a-week outing with my sweetie), I feel no
guilt putting a dash of salt on my steamed broccoli. I'd guess I've reduced
my salt intake by a good 90% so there's no way the little I do eat can hurt
me.
