Yes, the info was from New West Foods.  Promotional material, yes, but
fascinating info!  I'd never have guessed that a buffalo can run as fast as
a horse.  I worked in a dairy farm as a kid; I found the differences between
cows and bison very interesting, as well

And I've seen a couple of buffalo up close; they look mean as all hell!
