<<Q: Won't all that meat and eggs raise my cholesterol?
A: No, unless you eat a diet that's also high in sugar and starch. >>
The typical eggs purchased in the grocery store from grain-fed chickens have
an omega-6 to omega-3 fatty acid ratio of 20:1. Those that are from
chickens that forage or omega-3 enhanced eggs are 2:1 or 1:1 omega-6's to
omega-3's.
The egg with the 20:1 fatty acid ratio is just as harmful as anything else
with a 20:1 omegga-6 to 3 ratio.
