Grilled Chicken:
Boneless, skinless chicken breast with rib meat, water, seasoning
[dextrose, salt, dehydrated garlic, flavor (maltodextrin, grill flavor
{from partially hydrogenated cottonseed and soybean oil}, modified corn
starch, corn syrup solids), spice, sodium tripolyphosphate, dehydrated
onion, soybean oil, extractives of rosemary to protect flavor], modified
food starch, sodium phosphate.

Not very paleo.

The cheese is only in the Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad.

Don.
