Mary asked:

>Don, how much did your order cost???

Lots. Shipping was $58 for 44 pounds.

>And how much was the suet?

$0.75 a pound.

> What cuts did you order to make your pemmican,

I have always used round roast for my jerky. It was $4.99/lb.

> Does it taste good?

It tastes like pemmican. To some people it is plain tasting. I didn't add
anything. One woman, not paleo, thought I should add salt and pepper.

> Does the buffalo fat taste "chalky"??

No. It's greasy.

Don.
