Hey, good enough for me!  But am I correct in assuming I'll have to take out
a second mortgage to pay for it?  I'll check the link soon.  And you're so
right, there's nothing like bacon grease for greens.  I've got some collards
in the fridge and after boiling those stinky wonders, I'm gonna fry up some
onions in bacon grease, then add them there drained collards and top with
some crushed nuts and crumbled bacon.  Mmmmmm...
