Seely states "unfermented" milk proteins. Obviously
that would include cheese, but why not yogurt?
Perhaps there is some kind of synergistic effect when
lactose and milk proteins or milk fat are digested
together? That "could" explain cheese only.
It appears that Seely is arguing that "pre-digested"
milk proteins are "safe" (paleo-cheese revisited?).
