I finally ordered a copy of "NeanderThin" from Amazon.com. Should be here by Monday.
While at Amazon.com, I surfed around and looked at various "related" titles. A number of them were sort of like "I Went Low-Carb and Lost a Butt-load of Weight." This seems sort of dumb, restrictive, and a bad imitation of paleolithic eating.
It seems to me that paleolithic eating promotes eating **lots** of carbohydrates--in addition to eating meat, of course. I mean, the variety of fruits and veggies I've chowed down so far has been pretty extensive.
I've turned my back on bread and potatoes, but I'm probably eating more complex carbohydrates than I was before. And I'm not having to buy a book to tell me how many carbohydrates is in each mouthful of stuff I consume. (Yuck.)
