Possibly moral, legal, and convenience issues?

I'm sure next time MS will "cover" this and other
ways to put one over on them...
(And it will make it much harder for the honest people...)


How's this, requiring the serial number for the original
version too, (or instead?), during an upgrade...
Soon, we will be putting two hundred characters in there...
