Does the modem use a Rockwell chipset? If so then it is usually dead easy
to tell what speed it is, usually the part number on the rockwell chipset
either starts with the speed of the modem or it has markings to indicate. If
you are not sure post the markings here and I'll see what I can figure out.
PS. Why don't you just stick it into a computer? Will probably be the faster
way. TTYL
