Hi everyone,
Before today I had 3 modules 64mb-PC100,64mb-PC100,128mb-PC133
and they worked and work well even if I use overclocking = 142 MHz.
Today I bought Kingston module 256mb-PC133 and it works
alone well too but only alone. Any combination with mentioned
above modules doesn't work. Computer counts that there is a
512mb but works unstable.Special memory test (under DOS
without himem.sys) can't even start filling zero pattern.
My motherboard SOYO-6BA+IV manual says nothing that it is
not possible to use 256 mb PC registered module with
other different modules.
I tried to apply different orders, use different slots
but result was the same.
Any ideas will be very appreciated. Maybe some BIOS memory
adjustments could help? I have now these ones:
Autoconfig - Enable
SDRAM RAS-to-CAS Delay 3
SDRAM RAS Precharge Time 3
SDRAM CAS Latency Time 3
SDRAM Precharge Control - Disable
DRAM Data Integrity Mode - NON-ECC
Thanks in advance,
