I went over and borrowed my neighbors monitor, and it shows the same ghosting
or smearing. So I'm assuming something went wrong with the video card. I
can't think of anything, but might there be anything else to check??  Like I
said, it started this while it was on. It was working fine, flickered, now
this problem.
