Kevin,

A couple of comments. The answers posted are great in finding out about
hardware upgrades are available for her computer.

If she's having a problem with a pop-up message stating that her computer
is running low on resources, then that's a completely different
problem. The Windows 9x and ME operating systems have built in limitations
on software resources that adding hardware won't fix.

Some programs use much more resources than others do. A couple of popular
programs that are resource hogs are Eudora (all versions), and some
versions of Netscape.

If she's getting these messages, let us know and I can give some pointers
on how to live with the limitations.

Doug
