This is odd. Glycogen is hydrated glucose, and very little
fructose is converted to glucose. On the other hand "fruit
sugar" is actually a mix of fructose, glucose, and sucrose, which
is itself half glucose and half fructose. According to what I
have read fructose tends to be converted to triglyceride.
