And our forebears knew this full well. The answer is to eat highly nutritious
food with no man made degradation, and keep fit through regular exercise and
sun exposure, and you won't get sick in the first place. This is why
traditional people pay so much attention to their food and their health.
Modern medicine is simply playing a damage control function.
