1/2" wire mesh "cloth" is easily available at hardware stores. Cut it into
the size squares/retangles you want. (Make a shelf system for larger areas.)

This method is cheaper than a dehydrator, uses only the electricty of the
fan, and dries at room temperature.

Any amount can be dried this way--depends on how big a system you contrive.
