Why not? I find at the site:

Main Ingredients: Olive Oil, White Truffle Aroma

Truffle are edible raw, aren't they? What are the non-main ingredients? I
suppose one has to ask to find out. But at $12.95 for 1.8 ounces (or 50 ml)
it is rather expensive. Plus shipping of $4.75.

Don.
