Actually, this is something I've been meaning to ask about.

My mother used to make 'Swiss Steak' in a pressure cooker and it was pretty
good (had an onion and tomato sauce).

A while ago I had a chance to get a good pressure cooker at a bargain price,
but wasn't sure if it was a good idea, so I let it go. Been meaning to ask
the question here since, but keep forgetting.

Anybody here use a pressure cooker, or have a good reason not to?

Irene
