Hello Listmates,

I have been GF 5 months and surviving on bread from the health food store.
Now that my children are on the diet I am having a bread dilemma. The bread
tastes okay, but you get a tiny loaf that is very expensive. You also have
to be very careful when you take out the slices because the tops fall off!
Making lunches for 3 boys, one of them being 13 years old, I go through a
loaf a day.

Does anyone have a recipe they tested that they can pass on? I don't
mind doing it the old fashioned way. I also have a bread machine but
will welcome any recipes. I have a heavy duty mixer that has not done
much in 5 months. Thanks in advance, Ria
