Recieved this reply to my summary and thought I should post it to the
list as the information is important.

I could have sworn I saw a warning about Altoids not being gf not too
long ago. You might call the company to confirm their gf status. That
certainly wouldn't soothe your stomach! : ) Liz

Don't think Altoids are available in Australia but maybe someone could
check it out please.
