Dear Friends

I am craving a good Aussie meat pie, all the fellow aussie on this list
will understand what I mean. I can make the filling ok but the problem
I am having is the pastry.

Can anyone give me a successful recipe for puff pastry suitable for a
meat pie?

In return I will post the recipe for my filling plus the recipes I
recieve for the pastry.

Please keep in mind us aussies don't have access to a lot of the
prepared foods like you do in the US, so we have to work with what we
have. The flours available here that I use are Cornflour(or cornstarch)
Rice Flour, Potato Flour, Tapicoa flour (or starch) Soy Flour. Thanking
You Christina
