Hi, All!
I just downloaded a no grain, no sugar cookbook that really looks
great for us Celiacs who want to be healthier by avoiding the sugar in
our diets! Many of the 200 recipes are different from what I've found
elsewhere and are easy and fast. We will need to watch and substitute
for gluten-free ingredients in a few of them, however. I got some great
