I've heard that Japanese and Thai restaurants tend to be celiac friendly.
Do any of you who eat these regularly have tips on what to watch out for
and which questions to ask. I'm always confused about the type of vinegar
used in the sushi rice, for example. I know that rice vinegars are safe
but that they may sometimes be mixed with grain vinegars.

Are Thai rice noodles always gluten free?

Thank you all in advance.
