actually, the information clearly states that microsoft can do anything
they want with your information and in the trustee agreement to which
they point you to in their privacy statement, we are told that private
data is kept confidential.  There is a difference between private and
public data but in this case, it seems that while your private datta
such as personal information provided through forms and the like is kept
confidential, anything you do publicly can be owned by microsoft.

Actually, they're saving that none of it is private.  "You acknowledge

all Communication Services are public and not private communications..."
