Patrick,

Thanks for clarifying this -- this is what I was referring to when I said
it depended on the particular laptop.  I should have been more specific.

My layout is not optimum by any means with the insert key being near the
top right hand corner of the keyboard (the delete key is the extreme upper
right-hand key, and just to the right of the insert key), but it is still
usable for most functions.

Jeff's point about the use of the external keypad was also right on the
mark.  I don't give very many demonstrations, and in fact, the last time I
gave one was the last time I had cause to use my external numpad.

So, I hope from all of this, Christopher will see that there really is not
any substantial problems with using JFW on a laptop.
