Can Herkemers (sp?) set in after 4 days of 75-100% raw/juced diet.  On
day
4 I experienced wonderful mindset, energy, almost a high.  Then day 5,
I
have a lot of nasal discharge, and the feeling of a cold setting in,
but
still am feeling perky. I am taking my silver water for the symptoms.
