I'm trying to increase my intake of Omega 3 meats/fish.
I'm buying more rock cod, snapper. We eat jerky from wild deer, elk, or
grass fed beef.
At the same time, we also depend on grain fed pork, grain fed chicken and
quail eggs, grain fed chicken, grain fed turkey, etc.
How can I continue to improve my omega 3 /6 ratio when I choose my fish and
meat?
Specifically, I need more omega 3 -rich fish ideas, including shellfish.
