In Charles Hunt's Diet Evolution there is the Diet Evolution
Pyramid (inverted):
* meats, fish, eggs group 4-6 servings
* non-startchy veggies group 2-3 servings
* nuts seeds group moderate servings
* fruits berries group small servings
I might promote a paleo pyramid (inverted), thinking a bit about
the fist/hand measure:
* meats, fish, eggs group 5-9 servings
* non-starcy veggies 1-2 servings
* fruits berries group 1-2 serving
* nuts seeds group 1/2 serving
But anyway, that's the idea.
