Fortunately, we have never had problems with my husbands's dentist.
He also has very good teeth, so this may be why.
We have, however, run into a hugh problem with an eye dr. last year.

Jim has always wore glasses, but a few years ago, he broke his and never got
them replace.
I was tired of him missing road signs, so i convinced him to go to the eye
dr.
Jim's one eye turns out so he doesn't have binocular vision.
My Aunt has this problem too, but has surgery in 1999 to fix the problem.
That is another reason that we decided to make an appt. We wanted to check
into this surgery.

Well, instead of wanting to deal with Jim's speach problem, the Dr. had him
read the first three lines of the chart, said he had 20/20 vision, and there
was nothing they could do about his eye.

Now, I have wore glasses for over 20 years. I am near-sighted in both
eyes.
I know my husband, and he has one eye that is near-sighted and one that is
far-sighted.

What really sent me over the edge was the Dr. leaned two inches from my face
and said, "His eyes are fine!" He was mad because Jim is on Medicaid. He
doesn't take Medicaid unless you also have Medicare, but since noone told us
when we made the appt., the nurses went ahead and let us see the Dr.
What he didn't know is Jim also has a "trustfund" that would pay for any
necesary extras.

If I would have known how he was going to treat us, I would have went ahead
and cancelled and found a different Dr.!

End of Rant! :-)
Feeling better now! LOL
Amanda
