not to discount what you're saying, because i'm totally convinced that diet
can do quite a bit for a person, but a paleo diet is not a blanket cure-all.
i've been eating paleo for 4 years, and was diagnosed with a clinical
reactive depression this past winter that i am just coming out of. maybe it
would have been worse (hard to imagine, but maybe) if i *hadn't* been eating
paleo and exercising, but it was bad enough.
i just don't want people thinking paleo eating is magic...it's close, though ;)
