While dairy is technically non paleo, there are plenty of traditional peoples
that thrive on dairy products (although this should be unpasturized and
unhomgenised), and cheeses and yoghurts, etc. The southern part of France,
for instance, consumes vast amounts of cheeses, and liver pates, and has an
extremely low heart attack rate. Coffee should just be consumed in moderation
without sweeteners. Paleo people made all sorts of herbal infusions, some
with narcotic and stimulating properties, so coffee might be regarded as such.
