  There's a soup recipe on my Carla's Cookin link :) But you need to get a juice
extractor first :)

  I do have a great beef pot pie recipe, though. Want it? The pastry is easy to
make, too. If I can do it, anyone can :)  Although I think you might like my
pork recipe better :)
