Hi everyone. I am trying my hand at GF baking this weekend and have
searched the archives for recipes, but I now have one question - Does
anyone know if tapioca FLOUR is the same thing as tapioca STARCH? I
have the flour, but don't recall ever having seen the starch in stores.
If the tapioca starch is different from the flour, can anyone recommend
a good substitute since I can't find it around here?
