I enjoyed these rolls immensely. I have been eating them quite often. In
my opinion they have a rather dense texture that reminded me of the bread
that I ate while studying in Spain instead of the texture of a "typical"
french bread.
Perhaps it is my oven, but I found that they benefited from a little extra
time in the oven.
