Ingrid - thank you for sharing your experiences which are very
interesting
and inspiring to me. had I not been on commission to get some work
done, I
believe I would have eaten as I pleased and found out what happened.
the
only other time I encountered this was when I lived in Israel for a
while
and went through an 'adjustment' period after which I was fine. when
my
husband was young he lived in Libya for a while and told me that he
fed
his goldfish by simply changing the water everyday! it looked clear to
him
but the fish lived off the life in it!

I can identify with the craving for greens. and I also usually carry
food
around with me here in my daily life. I feel very self reliant and
liberated, knowing I'm carrying what I need and do not have to go
somewhere to buy anything. I get a strange reaction tho from some
people
when I offer to share. Usually they don't want my food.
