Hi Listers,

Over the past week, I have experienced some remarkable things
happening -
surges in energy and brief drastic energy drops and sleepiness,
emotional
releases and crying which are a mixture of joy and sadness, marked by
a
sense of becoming more fully aware and transforming to another level.
It is
a sense that although I haven't reached the destination, I have
finally
found my way. I am also getting visions of what I will be doing with
my
life, but I'm not quite ready to go forward with them but they will
happen.

Also I'm experiencing a physical clearing evidenced by a mild rash
over my
body - a sense of disease exiting the body (I experienced something
similar
before when I healed my chronic yeast infection a couple of years ago
with
large doses of acidophilus powders producing abdominal rashes - when
it was
through I was significantly less diseased). Today I felt a detox
coming out
of my left eyeball.

Has anyone experienced these things?

Incidentally I've been on mostly the same diet (raw vegs, sprouts and
fruit,
about 2 good 3 - 4 oz proteins daily raw or cooked), other than
reducing
oils a bit, but my hunger is significantly less and I don't need to
eat as
much. Also I just started a new job and am enjoying work more than I
have in
5 years. I'm also experiencing a sexual reawakening! Just gotta find a
girl
to share it with (who doesn't think I'm a weirdo based on my 'unusual'
food
intake habits!).

Paul

PS I added to my book list a review of Aajonus 'We Want To Live'. A
lot of
mixed feelings here.
