Thanks for posting your eating plan. It is a major help to read any
information like this as I am just transitioning to a raw food diet and
don't really know how much of what I should eat. Just one question, I am
concerned about getting enough protein and calcium, is 2oz of nuts and seeds
per day enough to provide this and from what other foods, in what amounts,
can you get sufficient calcium?
By the way, if there is anyone else out there with info on how to eat I
would love to hear from you!
