I am a genealogist looking for a scanner to take with me into an
archive.  I have not found much out there.  Someone has mentioned an HP
product, but it was apparently not successful in the marketplace, so is not
available now.

The scanner should be able to store as many as 40-50 documents before
downloading them into a PC.

Has anyone had experience with the newer portable scanners?
