hi all, i have a IBM APTIVA 2168 m40 computer, 1gb hard drive,8mb
memory,had win95 on it, i fdisk,partition,and formatted it, installed
win98se on it,can not  connect to internet,no sound,speaker on task bar
is not there when i go to multimedia the check mark is in the box were
it says to (show volume control on task bar) but it is grayed out and
it is not working,tried to find driver for sound and modem on ibm site
but no luck,hope some one can help me,thanks very much james w. christian
